I found the retail market to be seriously lacking in good old fashioned customer service and once I'd actually identified the gap and combined this with my love of all things home, White Heather Home was born. How are we different from other homeware stores? Cliche it may sound, I really do care! I care about what the customer wants, how they spend their hard earned cash, if they're happy with the service, the speed of delivery and the product when it finally arrives with them. All of it.
